 stretch n growFun Fitness Program

The Fun and Fitness program focuses on the development of basic motor skills for our youngest students and advances into specific sports skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Research has shown a strong correlation between physical activity and improved academic success.

Our weekly fun and fitness program brought by Stretch-N-Grow demonstrates through songs, stories and props that exercise and health awareness are not important but FUN! Stretch-n-Grow offers EXERciting programs for children starting as young as 18 months. Each Stretch-n-Grow coach is a certified youth fitness specialist and has only one passion – to show our Little Gems an EXERciting time!

Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. Our coaches are the best-trained in the business. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with NJ Early Learning Standards. In addition we provide an exceptional customer experience and ongoing communication with parent
Classic Program (3-5 year olds)
Using creative and imaginative games, weekly sessions focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session, such as respect, teamwork, and appreciation. Soccer Shots Classic will expose your child to the fun of soccer and provide the foundation needed to get started in the sport.

 

SingALongSing a song

Sing A Song , is a unique music education program that immerses your child in the wonders of creative musical expression. Like sponges, little learners are eager to absorb and learn new things. Their curricula encompasses expansive music experiences that integrate the teaching of fundamental music concepts with major developmental areas and skills. 

Fundamental music concepts include the introduction and creative expression of music notation and note values, dynamics, tempo, pitch, and rhythm, as well as exposure to various genres of music, including classical, world, traditional, and our own original songs and music activities. The relationship between music and movement, expressed with body movement and dance, scarves, and percussion instruments complements the teaching of fundamental music concepts.Teacher: Ms Ashley has a BA in Music Therapy and is a board certified music therapist. She plays the guitar and enjoys songwriting. She’s experienced working with children with multiple disabilities and autism.
